房間太小
員工親切，大廳裝潢很有質感，用餐舒適。
房間太小且配置不合理，雙床房無法打開行李箱，東西拿出來也沒地方放，浴室台階落差太大，燈光太暗。

great value and welcoming comfortable stay.
great staff, efficient and kind. excellent breakfast, free drinks in the evening most welcome. comfortable beds, not luxury hotel but more than competent - would look forward to another stay.
it’s a little far to walk from yuda onsen train station ( not their fault). onsen very welcome, could be hotter temperature and open longer hours. travel hint- if coming from yamaguchi shin train station, take the local bus, stop is much closer to hotel than the yuda onsen train station itself- local . bus is also good to travel to yamaguchi, (and covered by jr pass.)

I enjoyed my visit to this area to visit Christian Heritage listed sites local and Tsawano
The breakfast was good, healthy, and basic. the staff were very helpful and attentive, there were very good restaurants just a very short walk away, the JR train station is about 1 kl away, buses run quite frequently, and the bus stop is 120 mtr walk. I loved the daily onsen.
I had a single room, which was adequate for myself, I just feel that maybe a slightly smaller bed in the room would allow a bit more room. particularly when a person travelling from overseas has a bigger piece of luggage. but for me it was fine.
